Get Your Evenings Back From Your Feet
Look down at your ankles at the end of a long day. Thick. Tight. Heavy.
They do not look like your ankles. So you sit down. Again. And the night is over before it started. First you skip going to the store. Then the long walk. Then the trip. Then someone else carries things for you.
So you reach down and rub, because your hands go straight to the spot without being told. It helps while you are doing it. Then you stop, and it comes back. Your hands had the right idea. They just cannot hold on long enough.
